Our 2 ½ acre campus hosts a 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art training academy that serves as a model for the industry.

Designed from the outset for our dogs, our building provides every asset needed to ensure that they are set up for success. We have created dedicated training spaces, as well as thoughtfully appointed living areas where they receive the care they require in an environment that enhances their emotional well-being.

A Unique Environment

Every detail was evaluated and finalized based on a benefit analysis for the dogs in our care. Features such as circadian lighting, auditory enrichment and climate control, afford us the ability to manage our environment and its assets with great attention to detail.

Veterinary Clinic & Kitchen

Our in-house veterinary clinic helps us to meet the needs of daily health care for our dogs. A dedicated, well-appointed kitchen provides the space to manage the critical and complex nutritional needs of working dogs at a variety of ages.

Grooming

A fully-appointed grooming salon allows us to keep our dogs always looking their best for their public access and community service work.

Tim Ubben Training Arena

A 6,400 square foot, column-free arena with rubber mat flooring provides the perfect setting for group training, while our real-life training areas allow our dogs to train for physical tasks in a realistic home-like setting.

THE PATTY & JAY BAKER DOG PARK

A one-of-a-kind indoor play area that offers a variety of opportunities for exercise, confidence building, and emotional enrichment.

The Gerry Community Education Center

The Gerry Community Education Center hosts education classes for staff and volunteers and serves as a meeting place for community and school groups to learn more about what we do. Finally, we have also created serene, quiet spaces where we can introduce dogs to recipients to create the perfect teams.

Safety & Building Monitoring

To complete the package, our hi-tech whole building monitoring, full building generator back-up and security system serves 24/7 to provide an enriched environment that keeps our dogs, volunteers, and staff comfortable and safe while contributing to the smart use of all our assets.
